Initial Registration
Take the following steps to register your VisionProject collaboration work space:

1. Open the VisionNet main page (www.visionnetinc.com/visionproject/) and select “purchase a project room+”
If are working within the region of a film commission that uses VisionNet services, simply log in to the regional home page (i.e. www.visionnetbc.com) to access VisionNet services including VisionProject registration and login.

2. Place cursor over the Sign Up button at the top right hand side of the page and click on Project Room. You will be directed to a registration page.

3. Complete the requested information under the heading “Step 1 of 3: Project Room Registration” and click on Next at the bottom of the page. You will then be directed to a page where credit card payment information is required.

4. Your application for a VisionProject collaboration site is then submitted to VisionNet for approval. Activation of your account will occur within 24 hours. For immediate activation please call the VisionNet offices at 604-734-7994.

Signing in to Your VisionProject
Following the activation of your account, you can access your Project Room by taking the following steps:

1. Return to the VisionNet main page www.visionnetbc.com or go to www.visionnetinc.com/visionproject/ and select Log in to a current project room.

2. Click on Sign In (top right side of page).

3. Enter your Login ID and Password and then click on Login.

4. You will then be automatically directed to your VisionProject home page.

VisionProject

Project Rooms are password-protected websites where you can upload photos and a wide variety of information needed by the different departments of your production team such as Locations, Art Department, Casting and Wardrobe.

Instead of sending e-mails loaded up with attachments to share this information with your team, a Project Room gives you a single, secure workspace where you can store all that information in a single place and then give the right people access to view and comment upon that information over the web.

Project Rooms are rented by the month and may be renewed indefinitely.
